At SweatShoppe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how our return process works:
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn and unused

With tags still attached
-
In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as supplements or food items)

Customized or personalized products

Personal care items (like fitness recovery creams)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us.
Exchanges
Want a different product? The quickest way is to return your original item following our return process, then place a new order for your desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Items must be returned in the same condition, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
